We have no salespeople. Most of our business is repeat business, and we generate new business through referral and recommendation.
We are commercially flexible to suit the specific project. We can work on a traditional Fixed Price or Time & Materials basis, or other more creative terms that reinforce our emphasis on building partnerships, mitigating risk and sharing reward.
We are open and honest. Our proposals contain no ‘smoke and mirrors’, no hidden gotcha’s. We deliver what we promise and we don’t engineer unreasonable change control to ratchet up costs later on.
