We are looking for talented, well-rounded individuals with strong technical ability, ideally in MS .NET and SQL Server; attention to detail, quality and process; good communication skills; who work well in teams and can represent the company with clients.*
We have a very strong core team at Bluesmith but we have room for more. You must have a strong technical focus, be bright, enthusiastic and relish a challenge. As a graduate you will be assigned a mentor to help and support your training and development - your first 6 months will be dedicated to training.
