Neil Warnock: Neil has worked in the IT industry for 25 years. As a founder director of Apertus Systems, Luminary Solutions and the Bluesmith Technology Group, he and his teams have delivered hundreds of successful projects, ranging from simple green-field point solutions, through to complex refactoring and brown-field site integration projects. |

Mike Weightman: Mike takes responsibility for delivery within Bluesmith, managing our delivery teams and working to develop relationships with our customers. Mike has over 20 years IT industry experience, largely in delivering software development programmes and projects for large blue-chip and government organisations. |

Tom Robinson: Tom is Bluesmith's Technical Director. He has 15 years of software development experience in numerous technologies, industries and roles. He provides technical expertise and help to projects, ensuring a quality approach that produces supportable systems. Tom continues to perform technical consultancy roles for our clients when not cutting code or tuning databases. |

Rich Smith: Rich has over 15 years of experience in IT across roles that have made use of his versatility, an aptitude for software technology and the ability to communicate and operate with business people. He undertakes technical development, team leading, architectural and consultancy roles, as well as account management roles. |
